Marine Parts Source does not warranty any of the products sold on this website.  Each product is subject to the warranty policy issued by the specific manufacturer of the product. Warranty time frames, qualifications, policies and evaluation all vary for each manufacturer.

If you receive a product that you believe qualifies for return under warranty, please do not make any attempt to fix, alter or use the product in any way.  Instead, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 866-388-0390, option 3 so that we may begin the warranty process. 


Our warranty returns procedure is:

  1. Contact Customer Service at 866-388-0390, option 3 as soon as possible to report the issue and receive further instructions.
  2. Return products securely packaged according to the instructions you receive.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will return the product to the manufacturer for evaluation.
  4. The manufacturer will inspect the product and determine whether to approve or deny the warranty request.  The manufacturer will communicate this decision to Marine Parts Source
  5. If the warranty is approved, Marine Parts Source will refund your purchase price for the item. If the warranty is denied, the product will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Because the warranty claims process varies by manufacturer, the timeframe for processing claims can vary greatly.  Some claims evaluations and processing can take up to 6 to 8 weeks.

  5. If the warranty is approved, Marine Parts Source will refund your purchase price for the item. Original and return shipping charges may or may not be refundable depending on the manufacturer policy.  If the warranty is denied, the product will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
