Store Pickup Policy

In an effort to better serve our customers and ensure proper service during high-volume periods, the following policies regarding store pickup of orders will be implemented beginning June 1, 2020:

  • Store pickups will be available on Tuesdays thru Fridays, excluding holidays.
  • Due to the volume of orders on Mondays, store pickup will not be available on Mondays. In the event that a Monday is a holiday, store pickup will not be available on the following Tuesday (i.e. Tuesday after Memorial Day or Labor Day).
  • All store pickups must be requested before 10:00 AM Central on the day of pickup. Requests made after 10:00 AM Central will not be available until the following business day (excluding Mondays).
  • Orders will only be available for store pickup between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (local time of the store location). No pickups will be available before 2:00 PM or after 5:00 PM.
  • In accordance with our policies regarding COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers, orders will be placed outside of our store at a prearranged location for contact-free pickup.
  • All orders must be paid for by credit/debit card prior to pickup.
  • Store pickups cannot be placed or scheduled online. Store pickup orders MUST be placed via phone.
