Marine Parts Source constantly makes every effort possible to publish competitive prices for all of our products. However, we recognize the ever-changing landscape of the industry as well as the competitive nature of the online marketplace. If you find a lower published price for an item we offer, please bring it to our attention by calling us at 866-388-0390 and we will do our best to match it.

When can I expect to get a reply to my requests?

Our office hours are 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Central Standard time, Monday through Friday. Any parts and information requests received after business hours will be promptly addressed the following business day.

When can I expect my orders to be shipped?

All orders received by 12:000 P.M. Central Standard time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day if in stock. Next day air shipping cut off time is also 12:00 P.M. Central Standard time, Monday through Friday, as well. While this is our official cut off time, there are many times that we can still get orders out as late as 3:30-4:00 P.M. Central Standard time. Don’t hesitate to give us a call and we’ll do all that we can to accommodate your needs.

Can I pick my order up at one of your locations?

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store or curbside pickup of orders. However, we ship in-stock items quickly, and you can usually receive your order one business day after it is placed as long as it is placed before our daily cutoff time (see above).

Marine Parts Source complies with all local, municipal and state requirements for sales taxation. These laws vary depending on location. If your order reflects tax, it is because our business meets the requirements for administering sales tax in your area. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us. Any billing disputes or tax exemption claims must be submitted to Marine Parts Source within 30 days of the final invoice date of the order. Requests made after this deadline will not be considered.

I was contacted about my order by a company called NoFraud.  Is this legitimate?

Yes! NoFraud is a service that Marine Parts Source uses to ensure bettery payment safety and security for both us and our customers.  NoFraud is a well-known fraud prevention solution for eCommerce businesses. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and alert them if they find a transaction is at high risk for fraud. This protects consumers against unauthorized credit card use and protects businesses against fraud chargebacks.

You were contacted by NoFraud because your transaction had an irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder. After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information. NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.
