Items that are ordered incorrectly and installed are non-returnable. Pay special attention to make certain small articles are not thrown away with the packing material or left in the box. Please check that parts and quantities are correct. If you have any reason to believe the items you have received are incorrect for your application, please give us a call toll free at 1-866-388-0390.
Any packing errors or shortages must be reported within 5 days of the package receipt.
NOTICE!! No returns accepted on any part that has been installed.
All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. An RGA number may be obtained via e-mail at email@example.com or by calling us toll free at 1-866-388-0390. We will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send the item back.
- No returns after 30 days.
- Returned merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Any damaged or installed parts will be refused.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
