Shipping Policy
We ship product from various distribution points throughout the country in order to deliver parts in a timely manner. All parcel shipping takes place Monday thru Friday with UPS. In stock orders received by 1:30 P.M. Central Standard time will be shipped the same day. Orders that include backordered parts will be held to SHIP COMPLETE. If a partial shipment is requested, additional freight charges may apply. For items weighing over 150 lbs, we offer LTL truck deliveries through a number of different carriers. Customers will be contacted prior to shipping for approval of LTL truck freight charges.

Free Freight Offer
We are pleased to offer free UPS ground shipping for orders over $100 to locations within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside of the US do not qualify for this offer. While this offer applies to the majority of products, items deemed as oversized by UPS do not qualify. In addition, any items that cannot be shipped with UPS due to size or risk of damage will also not qualify. You may contact MPS via e-mail or phone if you question whether the item you need is included under the Free Freight Program. We will do everything possible to give customers the benefit of the doubt in these instances, though we reserve the right not to sell any product at a loss.

Domestic Shipping Charges & Expedited Services
The shipping amount shown at checkout reflects the cost of shipping with UPS ground service to locations within the contiguous United States. Hawaii and Alaska customers can receive freight quotes over the phone or by e-mail, but will be charged at a higher rate than shown.

3 Day Select (Orange)	3-business day delivery

The expedited shipping cut-off time is 1:30 PM Central Standard time for in stock items. Expedited orders will not display the final shipping total. Additional shipping will be charged to customer’s credit card and reflected on the final invoice sent with the order. Expedited freight quotes can be obtained over the phone or by e-mail. Please be prepared to provide the part numbers needed, the destination zip code, and the shipping service requested.

International Shipping
For international shipments, we offer UPS Worldwide International service. The final shipping total at checkout is only an estimate and will vary depending on the items ordered and the destination. We will contact all international customers via e-mail with a final shipping amount prior to shipping. International orders will not ship until the final shipping amount is verified and agreed upon via e-mail. International shipping quotes can also be obtained prior to ordering by e-mail. Please be prepared to provide the part numbers needed and the complete physical shipping address. The final shipping amount charged by MPS is for the delivery costs only and does not include any taxes or duties. All taxes, duties, and brokerage fees associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer at time of delivery.
